I submitted a military patch design for my old unit to be sewn to hats. The sample product I got back after spending $17 for a digitizing fee was shamefully poor. The proprietor blamed me for the design being too detailed but failed to tell me this until AFTER proceeding with the project. She had a lot of excuses and never conceded that her work was unacceptable. I would go elsewhere if you require embroidery of high quality.
